Why do we need to wash our hands?

Although the coronavirus epidemic is under control in Bangladesh, the infection susceptibility has not ended yet. Vaccination activities are going on at a rapid pace across the country to prevent coronavirus. However, health experts have said that even if the epidemic stops, everyone will have to follow the hygiene rules regardless. Washing or sanitizing your hands regularly is a recommended way to keep you and your family free from corona and other
diseases.

Why is it important to wash hands?
We all know that coronavirus spreads through sneezing and coughing. When a person sneezes or coughs, the virus spreads from the human body to the surface of various objects. If someone else touches that object with their hands, the virus gets transferred to their hands. If this hand comes in contact with the body with the nose, mouth, or eyes of the person for any reason, they get infected with coronavirus and fall ill within a few days. In addition to coronavirus, other viruses can make us sick by entering our bodies with food through our hands. This is why regular hand washing is important.
